Biography
As one of Onfido's Technical Writers in the Integrations Experience team, I work on a diverse range of projects. As well as writing and editing guides and reference content under developers.onfido.com and documentation.onfido.com, I support the technical maintenance of our DocOps systems, client libraries, and other DevX tooling. I also apply my interest in data science to support our related user research initiatives.
Talk description
We’re an API-first company that solves the complex problem of identity fraud for a large, global customer base. We’ll share stories of how we’ve adopted and adapted our API growth and governance strategy, product development process, and approach to developer experience as we’ve scaled.
