Biography
My name is Ken Davies. I am a technical writer in business software. I’ve covered documentation in anti-virus software, geographical systems, e-commerce, and now recruitment software. I have many views on Agile, working with international teams, MadCap Flare, handling developers, Confluence and collaborative writing, and turning ambiguity to clarity. I had a stint in Taiwan working for some bleeding-edge technology companies, where I picked up Mandarin Chinese.
