Biography
Bob Watson holds a Ph.D. in Human-Centered Design & Engineering during which he researched and published articles on API documentation. He is currently teaching Technical Communication as an Assistant Professor at Mercer University. During his professional career, he worked as a software developer for over 15 years and as a Programmer-Writer for about 15 years after that.
