About the Panel Host
Carla is a researcher at heart. Understanding the why and how all moving pieces of a business come together is where she gets her energy from. Having over 8 years experience in Marketing and Growth Management, from the hackit startup mentality to managing global engagement of a unicorn company.
This is why in many different roles she always worked on interdepartmental initiatives, strategic objectives and internal as well as external communication. From market research to growth strategies, to setting up company OKRs, Carla is not scared of a new challenge, and has a real “getting things done” attitude.
